Q. What are your hours?
A. Wiley’s Championship BBQ is open for lunch (11 a.m.–3 p.m. Monday-Saturday); and, supper (Tuesday–Thursday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 5 – 9 p.m.). Always closed on Sunday.
Q. Is it easy to find Wiley’s Championship BBQ near Tybee and Savannah?
A. Yes, Wiley’s is about 10 to 12 minutes from downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. We’re just off the Island’s Expressway from downtown, easy to find traveling east on Victory Drive (Highway 80) from Savannah, and a straight shot from Tybee Island on Highway 80 towards Savannah. Stay on Highway 80 at the Islands Expressway overpass.
Q. Can we eat and get out in an hour?
A. Easily! Call ahead, dine in and you should have time to spare. If in doubt, call to see if there is a waiting line — 912-201-3259.
Q. I’m on a diet. Do you have a nice selection?
A. Wiley’s is a daily stop Monday-Saturday for at least one successful, downtown Savannah gal following the Weight Watcher® diet program. Vegetarians also dine easily at Wiley’s.
Q. Could we get a quick beach picnic lunch?
A. Order out and pick up in route from Savannah for a beach outing or picnic. It’s a great way to keep the vacation time a vacation for everyone.
Q. How much notice is needed for a party-size catering?
A. Please call ahead 24-hours for a party-size take-outs. We only serve what is cooked fresh. Specialty foods that are not on the daily menu, like grilled portobello mushrooms or smoked meat loaf, really make for unique menu options.
Q. Do you cater casual food for special events?
A. Yes, and we please the host’s expectations with ease, cost, and memorable deliciousness. Also, group meetings, on-location film catering and movie location catering, plus VIP casual socials.
Q. What’s a ‘too-big’ event?
A. Nothing bigger than America’s Centennial Day at CNN in Atlanta, Georgia, or 1000 caterers convening for convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.
